She is recognized for her ability to execute under pressure and drive results in demanding environments. At Callahan Funk, Amanda will step in as Chief Executive Officer upon acquisition, leading the company’s transformation, culture, and operational performance.
Aaron Funk | Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Aaron combines a Ph.D. in Chemistry with experience leading the full deal cycle in the lower middle market, from sourcing and diligence to structuring and capital raising. His background spans board governance, business development, and technical sales within scientific instrumentation. At Callahan Funk, Aaron will serve as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy upon acquisition, overseeing finance, corporate development, and investor relations while driving disciplined growth and long-term value creation.
